Some must-try dishes from the Autunno Italiano selection at Salvia include Carciofo alla Giudia; crispy artichoke and wild rocket lettuce salad with truffle honey dressing and shaved grana Padano cheese, and Zuppa di funghi porcini e legumi; porcini mushroom and potato soup with garlic crouton.
