Mr. Surapong Laoha-Unya, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited ("BTS"), revealed that the Company has been carrying out a variety of promotional campaigns for passengers. The "BTS Challenge" promotion (allowing passengers to collect points for free trips), was among the most well received campaigns, with over 4 million free trips redeemed during 1 November 2021 to 31 December 2022.

Mr. Surapong elaborated that the BTS Challenge campaign is being extended for a second year from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 with extra bonus points for the first 3 months (1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023), allowing passengers to enjoy more points and faster redeeming of free trips, for example, every 5 rides bringing 1 free trip.

Adult and Student Rabbit Card holders or Rabbit LINE Pay users who have linked to Rabbit Rewards can get points for redeeming free trips when riding to all 24 stations of the Green Line, including the Sukhumvit line from Mo Chit to On Nut and the Silom line from National Stadium to Saphan Taksin. Points can also be used to redeem privileges from participating shops and service providers.
