The four-hand five-course festivity will feature Chef Surawadee "Fern" Nooprai, the Iron Chef talent and Praca's Sous Chef, together with Chef Suwit Sirasawas, a Chinese cuisine specialist to create an elevated culinary experience between Chinese and Thai dishes for everyone. The Lunar Spice dinner will start with two savory starters: Chef Suwit's Prawn and Beetroot Ha Kao served with Crab Shumai and Chef Fern's Yum Som O Hoi Shell (pomelo salad with scallops). Then move on to the third course: Xiao Long Bao and Kurobuta Pork in Bamboo soup, before the exquisite main course from Chef Suwit: Thai River Prawn XO Sauce with Pak Choy, Chinese Green Beans, Eryngii Mushrooms, and Hong Kong Fried Noodles. Finally, the evening ends with a dessert from China: Sticky Rice, Taro, and Ginkgo in Coconut Milk.
