Dr. Chumpol Phornprapha, President of the Honorary Consuls Association (Thailand), recently presided over the 2023 "Annual Ordinary General Meeting of HCAT" by inviting Ms. Busadee Santipitak, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. as a guest speaker on the topic of "Thailand's Economic Diphomacy in 2023 and Outlook for 2024 : Continuity in the midst of Change" At the event, there was also a congratulation to the president of the association, on the occasion of being graciously appointed "Qualified members of the University Council Srinakharinwirot University" at Grand Panorama Room of the Emerald Hotel.
