In January 1992, China further opened up to the outside world and invigorated the domestic economy. In 2001, China joined the WTO and integrated into the global economy. With the support of China's "world factory", the electronics market in the Metropolis Tower, the first and second phases of the New Asia Electronics Market, the Gaodeke Electronics Market, and the New Huaqiang Market (Phase III) were launched, attracting manufacturers from all over the country to move in with the model of "Front Shop, Back Factory". The customer group of Hua Qiang Bei merchants have been growing worldwide since then.
