'Brew Cellar' takes you back to the heyday of Hollywood and the stories of the legendary entertainment industry. With a classic ambience and Hollywood themed decor the bar makes an ideal meeting place for friends as well as providing just enough privacy to let guests relax. There's a variety of beverages, both domestic and imported, and a menu that takes in classic Thai dishes and Bavarian Homemade cooking from our European chef. A DJ spins top tunes during the week and a live band performs every Friday and Saturday between 9 and 11 pm.
Mr. Wuthisak Pichayagan, Group Director of Operations, Central Pattana and General Manager of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok stated that 'This dining space stems from the desire to update our existing area and give it a new lease of life, something which is especially important as there are many company offices and workspaces nearby and a great number of city workers looking for somewhere to hang out. The space was also previously home to a disco way back in 1983 and we wanted to bring back some of the original vibe in a chilled-out garden setting. The result? Brew cellar, Hollywood style.
