"Partnering with CABB, a leader in the premium taxi market, will provide diverse transportation options and enhance the travel experience for Grab's premium customers through the distinctive design and iconic appearance of CABB taxi, along with exceptional in-car services and features, as well as specially trained drivers. Grab users can now book a CABB via the 'Taxi VIP' menu in our app. The service was piloted in Phuket in March and further expanded to serve customers in Bangkok in August. Full integration and operation are expected by the fourth quarter of this year."

Passakorn Dararattanaroj, Deputy CEO of Asia Cab Company Limited, stated, "CABB has been providing services in Thailand since 2020, with a current fleet of over 400 CABB VIP taxis in Bangkok and Phuket. Our main customers are in the premium segment, valuing privacy, convenience, and trust in safe services. We have provided services both offline and through the CABB app, with approximately 40% of our customers booking via our application."

"By collaborating with Grab, a leading ride-hailing app, we aim to expand our customer base further. We will transition our online booking service from the CABB app to the Grab app as the sole channel. Additionally, we plan to increase our CABB taxi fleet to 600 vehicles by the end of this year and explore service expansion in other tourist cities, such as Pattaya and Chaingmai. We are confident that this collaboration will help us reach more customers and provide quality public transportation for Thai and foreign."
