This visit took place during a turnaround maintenance for the year 2023. Chaiwat took the opportunity to engage in discussions and extended a warm welcome to the refinery's management and staff, as new members of Bangchak Group, emphasizing their pivotal role in driving the Group's sustainable growth. He requested that everyone carry out their duties with a focus on safety, based on the principle of "Everyone Goes Home Safely Everyday." The goal is to ensure that everyone returns home safely every day, fostering a sense of dedication among employees to focus on working safely at all times.
Bangchak Sriracha Refinery, the second refinery within the Bangchak Group, has a nameplate capacity of 174,000 barrels per day. Bangchak Corporation became the operator of this refinery after acquiring a majority stake in Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited on 31 August 2023.
