Bualuang Ventures Managing Director Krit Phanratanamala was selected as a role model of 2023 in the venture capital and securities sector in the Quality Persons of the Year 2023 project organized by The Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT). He received the honorary award plaque from Privy Privy Councilor Air Chief Marshal Johm Rungsawang who chaired the event on October 19, 2023 at Vayupak Convention Centre, Centra by Centara Government Complex Hotel and Convention Centre. The event was organized to recognize individuals who use science and technology for their work and for the benefit of society.
Representing Bualuang Ventures Mr. Krit said he was very pleased and honored to be selected as a role model of 2023 in the venture capital and securities sector. He adopts the thinking and knowledge of science and technology in his work process while promoting the development of digital technology and innovation within his scope of operations. This aligns with the policy of its parent company, Bangkok Bank. An example is the most recent investment in STelligence, a service provider of digital technology, deep analytics and innovation to improve work efficiency and create value for business while enhancing security together.

The Quality Persons of The Year project is one of the activities organized by The Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT) and held annually on the 19th of October (also known as Thailand Technology Day) since 2013 until now. The project provides recognition to individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievement in science and technology. The project consists of the "Quality Persons of The Year 2023" award which recognizes outstanding individuals in the field of science and technology, the "Role Model of the Year 2023 in Business Sector" award which recognizes those with outstanding implementation of science and technology in their work and for the benefit of society and lastly, the "Quality Youths of The Year 2023" scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate good knowledge of science and technology or dedicate their time to benefit society.
