The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list Window Asia pcl, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality aluminum and UPVC windows and doors, and an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier with nationwide distribution channels, on October 25, under the ticker symbol "WINDOW". The company has a market capitalization at its initial public offering (IPO) of THB 1.87 billion (approx. USD 51.35 million).

SET Senior Executive Vice President Manpong Senanarong said that WINDOW will be listed and start trading on SET in the Property & Construction industry group, Construction Materials sector.

WINDOW produces and distributes aluminum and UPVC door and window products under the company's trademarks namely Window Asia, Wind Fame, FRAMEX, and Enzo. In addition, WINDOW is also OEM for clients under their brands. WINDOW products are distributed through both modern and traditional trade construction material retailers, 700 Window Asia shops across the country, and online channels on various platforms. WINDOW's market share is one of the country's highest in this product category due to a variety of quality product options that can fully meet consumers' needs, together with the outstanding features of a lifetime product warranty and continuous after-sales service.

WINDOW has a registered paid-up capital of THB 444 million. It offered 224.2 million newly issued shares with a par value of THB 0.5 each to the general public, during October 16 - 18, 2023 at THB 2.10 each, raising a total of THB 512.82 million. The IPO price was equivalent to price-to-earnings ratio (P/E ratio) of 35.84 times. The earnings per share was calculated from the company's net profit for the last four quarters, divided by fully diluted shares. UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) pcl is the financial advisor, and CGS-CIMB Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the lead underwriter.

WINDOW Chief Executive Officer Tanin Rattanasiriwilai said that listing on SET is the company's pivotal step of potential growth in terms of values in high standard and trust. The company firmly believes that the strength of working capital together with business operations focusing on quality development and solid fundamental factors will enhance the company's potential and competitiveness for continuous and sustainable growth. The fund raised will be used to expand the business, including building new factories, expanding production capacity, and increase production process efficiency; repay loans from financial institutions; and as working capital.

The company's dividend policy is to pay no less than 40 percent of net profit from the company's separate financial statements after corporate tax and various legal reserves. However, such dividend payout is subject to change based on the overall economic situation, the company's operating results, financial position, cash flow, investment plan, and the necessity and other matters as the board of directors deem appropriate.

After the IPO, the company's major shareholder is the Rattanasiriwilai family group (71.54% through both direct and indirect holdings).
