'The Art of Self Love' is all about maximizing well-being and understanding the benefits of self-love. Self-love is about embracing your true self and achieving happiness. It is important because it allows us to have a healthy relationship with ourselves, enabling us to set boundaries, make decisions in our best interest, and prioritize our own needs and well-being.

The three-day celebration of health and well-being through self-love features an array of resources to help guests pursue their fitness, mindfulness, and nutritional goals. The 2023 Wellness Festival also aligns with The Peninsula Hotels' 'Life Lived Best' program. Guests at the festival can enjoy exercise classes with renowned fitness coaches, practice meditation guided by an esteemed mindfulness practitioner, or join healthy cooking classes.

The highlight classes and practitioners include:

- Mat Pilates by Juyoung Yoon

- Yoga Workout by Master Mohit Kumar

- Raise Your Self-Worth Workout by Hayden Rhodes

- Piloxing by Khun Benz Benjawan

- Tui Na Traditional Chinese Therapeutic Massage Workshop by TCM. Dr. Lin Xi Yuan
