Indulge in the perfect blend of festive elegance and culinary delight at Fireplace Grill and Bar where generations have celebrated Christmas for nearly six decades. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrate sophisticated dining with an exceptional five-course set menu that blends timeless European heritage with a festive atmosphere. Savour dishes such as Hokkaido scallops, foie gras, traditional roast turkey and Ranger Valley beef tenderloin. The sumptuous Christmas meal is brought to a crescendo with a chocolate and orange brandy caramel yule log.
The Christmas set menu is available on Christmas Eve (24th December, 2023) for dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours and on Christmas Day (25th December, 2023) for lunch from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours. The set menu is priced at THB 4,600++ per person.
Choose a wine pairing package to elevate the dining experience. Enjoy three glasses for THB 1,500++ per person and five glasses for THB 2,300++ per person.
Summer Palace: Cantonese Cuisine with a Modern Twist
Experience a modern Cantonese Christmas set menu served alongside premium tea at Summer Palace.
The highlights include braised whole 6-heads South African abalone with shiitake mushrooms, steamed snow fish with a homemade yellow chilli sauce and a dessert of double-layered steamed milk custard with an avocado sauce and bird's nest.
For large family gatherings of 10 persons, the set menu includes traditional roast Peking duck and steamed Boston lobster.
The Christmas set menu is available on Christmas Eve (24th December, 2023) for dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours and on Christmas Day (25th December, 2023) for lunch from 11.30 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours.
The individual set menu is priced at THB 3,288++ per person. For larger gatherings, a family Christmas set menu is served for THB 32,888++ for 10 persons. A free-flow premium tea package is also available at THB 280++ per person.

Christmas Eve Brunch (24th December 2023)
On Christmas Eve, enjoy baked half Canadian lobster tom yum soup, oyster Rockefeller, poached salmon, slow-cooked Australian leg of lamb, and traditional whole roast turkey. While savouring your Christmas feast you will be serenaded with the velvety smooth jazz melodies of the legendary Coco LaShaun.
The Christmas Eve Brunch is available from 12.00 to 15.00 hours and is priced at THB 2,900++ per person and THB 1,450++ for each child aged 6 to 12 years old.
Christmas Eve Dinner (24th December 2023)
For dinner on Christmas Eve, explore a sumptuous meal including baked half Canadian lobster tom yum soup, fresh oysters, caviar, peppercorn and coriander crusted tuna loin, smoked salmon, pan-seared duck breast, roast prime rib, and traditional whole roast turkey. You'll be joined by carol singers to round out the festive atmosphere.
The Christmas Eve Dinner is served from 18.00 to 22.30 hours and is priced at THB 3,500++ per person and THB 1,600++ per child aged 6 to 12 years old.
Christmas Day Lunch (25th December 2023)
On Christmas Day, indulge in fresh oysters, seafood on ice, caviar, roast Norwegian salmon, traditional whole roast turkey, chocolate and caramel yule log, and Christmas fruit cake. Christmas carollers will deliver the Christmas spirit to all guests.
The Christmas Day Lunch is presented from 12.00 to 14.30 hours and is priced at THB 1,900++ per person and THB 950++ for children aged 6 to 12 years old.
Children 5 years old and under dine free at all Christmas meals when accompanied by a paying adult.
Espresso offers a selection of free-flow drinks packages for all Christmas meals. The wine package is priced at THB 1,200++ per person, the Cava package at THB 1,600++ per person and the Champagne package at THB 3,200++ per person.
SoCal: California Christmas Flavours

The SoCal Christmas menu is available from 11.30 to 23.00 hours on 8th to 26th December, 2023 with dishes from THB 320++ per dish. Pair your meal with festive mocktails and cocktails from THB 210++ to 390++ per glass, respectively.
Balcony Lounge: A Festive Afternoon Tea Experience
Elevate your festive afternoon tea experience at Balcony Lounge complemented by live music. Choose from the Afternoon Tea or Champagne Afternoon Tea options. Delight in pear caramel and gianduja cremeux yule log, chestnut mousseline and snow pearl tartlet, Mandarin and berries Christmas bauble, homemade salmon on pumpernickel, panettone as well as stollen with a cranberry jam.
