The primary objective of the seminar was to exchange knowledge through case studies on learning city from various countries, focusing on City Administration, lifelong learning management, urban management mechanisms, and activities for vulnerable children and youth. The occasion was graced by the presence of Mr. Pattanaphong Sukmadan, Assistant Manager of EEF (Equitable Education Fund), Associate Professor Dr. Peeradorn Kaewlai, Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, Mrs.Kholoud Gamal Elhamady Ibrahim from Damietta Governor's Office, Egypt, Sharyn Wheatcroft, Leaming Community Officer from Windham City Council, Australia, Mr. Sudet Thaweesaengsakulthai, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Khon Kaen City Development (KKTT) Co., Ltd. The attendees were to exchange knowledge and share ideas and experiences towards becoming a "Learning City" together with Khon Kaen Model.
The online seminar, "People make Cities, Cities make People: Let's build a learning city together" was attended by more than 50 participants on-site and 198 people online via ZOOM program.
