Since 2003, the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand have encouraged entrepreneurs to adopt good corporate governance principles in managing their organizations to progress continuously. Therefore, the Thai Chamber of Commerce Anti-Corruption and Ethics Promotion Committee has implemented this project to honor outstanding ethics in private sectors by using 10 criteria for consideration, which include providing fairness to related parties, disclosure and transparency that can be verified, responsibility to consumers and business partners, integrity to be honest, activities that encourage ethics, social development contribution, encourage environmental conservation, liberty and light for individuals, business risk management reduction, and encourage best practices in the organization.
