Prime Esco Company Limited, a subsidiary of SET-listed -Prime Road Power Public Company Limited (PRIME), signed 12-year Private PPA of 2 projects with S. Khonkaen Company Limited with the total capacity of 0.82 MW. PRIME Esco also signed a 15-year power Private PPA with Piya Parawood Company Limited with the total capacity of 0.5094 MW.These 3 projects will be completed and expected to achieve commercial operation date (COD) within Jan., 2024. The projects will generate revenue approximately THB 4.90 million annually for PRIME.Furthermore, PRIME's subsidiaries are negotiating for Private PPA projects, that are expected to reach Letter of Award approximately 15.00 MW. in Q1, 2024.
