The award certificate for "Outstanding Academic Institution for Promoting Good Governance" was presented by His Excellency Chuan Likphai, former Prime Minister and former President of the National Assembly. Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao and her team graciously received the award during a ceremony at the Bencharangsarit Building, Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Station, Channel 5, Bangkok.
During the event, His Excellency Chuan Likphai presided over the award presentation and delivered a special lecture on the topic "Leadership... Good Governance." In addition, Adjunct Professor Atthaphon Yaisawang, President of the University of Phayao Council, presented a bouquet of flowers to congratulate to Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Pongbangpho, President of the University of Phayao.
