"Warabi mochi" is made from starch extracted from warabi roots. This unique Japanese dessert has a chewy, jelly-like texture and is often enjoyed in the summertime. "Tsubohachi Thailand x Kyo Roll En" warabi mochi is meticulously crafted from fine ingredients imported from Japan. There are two flavors available including "Matcha Warabi Mochi", soft and chewy warabi mochi covered with high-quality Uji matcha powder and drizzled with kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup), and "Kinako Warabi Mochi", warabi mochi coated with kinako (roasted soybean flour) and topped with kuromitsu. The price is 105 baht each.
