CMG is conscious of the need to prevent and continuously address drug-related issues and collaborates with all relevant parties to identify these strategies to establish a drug-free workplace that is genuinely a 'white factory.'
To address the concerns of all staff members, the company has organized anti-drug campaigns using a range of strategies. These include educating staff members concerning drug addiction risks through notice and public relations boards, integrating drug education into both sports events and entertaining quizzes, forming a working group to oversee and monitor activities, implementing a system of routine health checks, and methodically recording information so it can be verified.
As a result of these ongoing and rigorous efforts, in 2023, we were able to pass the White Factory Assessment at the highest level. CMG remains unwavering in its commitment to closely monitor and conscientiously educate staff members about drugs to ensure we can sustain a drug-free workplace.
