"Hong Kong Fisherman", a Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant managed by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, introduces six dishes made from crab roe and other quality ingredients by the skilled Hong Kong chef. The crab roe menu includes soup and stir-fried dishes with prices ranging from 450++ - 3,600++ baht, available from today until 30 April 2024.

Indulge in a variety of crab roe recipes that are served in small, medium and large portions including "Superior Lobster Bisque with Crab Meat and Crab Roe" (450++ - 3,600++ baht), delicious lobster bisque with a generous amount of crab meat and crab roe, "Braised E-Fu Noodles with Crab Roe" (480++ - 1,440++ baht), stir-fried E-Fu noodles with chef's special seasonings topped with dried bonito flakes to enhance the flavor, "Crab Roe Fried Rice" (450++ - 1,350 baht), crab roe fried rice cooked on high heat for a smoky aroma, "Crab Roe Fried Rice with Sichuan Sauce" (450++ - 1,350 baht), Hong Kong-style fried rice with special Sichuan sauce, "Crab Roe Fried Rice with Black Truffle Sauce" (450++ - 1,350 baht), a must try for truffle lovers which is packed with crab roe and a unique aroma of black truffle sauce, and last but not least "Crab Roe Fried Rice with XO Sauce" (450++ - 1,350 baht), another signature fried rice seasoned with the restaurant's secret recipe of XO sauce.
