EXIM Thailand Expresses Gratitude to Staff for Driving Sustainable Development in First Town Hall meeting of 2024 to Celebrate Its 30th Anniversary

Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), convened with executives and staff during the first Town Hall meeting in 2024, marking the celebration of the Bank's 30th anniversary and the commencement of its 31st year of operation. The purpose of the town hall meeting was to acknowledge and thank employees for their contributions to the remarkable achievements, resulting in a significant increase in EXIM Thailand's outstanding loans in 2023 by 7,273 million baht, or 4.32%, compared to the previous year, reaching a record high since its start of business operations three decades ago. The Bank offered New Year gifts to employees through the Flexi Benefits project for the second consecutive year, a welfare program that has been well received. More flexi benefits were added for employee development and health insurance, alongside the initiation of the People Journey Transformation project to effectively manage human resources in all facets, thereby enhancing staff motivation and readiness to drive development missions forward sustainably. On this occasion, EXIM Thailand honored employees with 20 and 10 years of service with Long Service Awards at EXIM Thailand's Head Office.
