He emphasized the hospital's rising Muslim clientele, both Thai and foreign, particularly from the Middle East area. As a consequence, they formed an academic cooperation with Krirk University, a top Thai educational institution with an International Islamic College in Bangkok and an Arab language center. Dr. Pornnapa Saetung, Medical Director at Phyathai Nawamin Hospital, stated that today, the hospital has enhanced the quality of care through the development of various dimensions of service management.
