The menu highlights include the celebrated El Capricho Chuleton, succulent Txistorra sausages, perfectly charred whole turbot, the traditional Kokotxas pil pil, and a tempting Basque-style cheesecake.
Complementing the food experience is an array of white and red Basque wines, each chosen for its character and ability to harmonise with the bold Basque flavours. With its slight sparkle, the zesty and refreshing Txakoli is a good example. Also being poured is the storied Sidra, a traditional Basque cider.
