EXIM Thailand Wins Best Bond Award 2023 from ThaiBMA

Mrs. Wanpen Unchundacha, Senior Executive Vice President, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently received the State Owned Enterprise ESG Bond of the Year Award from Mrs. Jindarat Viriyataveekul, Public Debt Advisor, Public Debt Management Office, at the ThaiBMA Best Bond Awards 2023 presentation ceremony organized by the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA) at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok in recognition of state enterprises with bond issues under the green, social and sustainable finance framework, which have been well accepted by and responded to demand of investors. EXIM Thailand has been successful in the issuance and offering of SME Green Bond, a 3-year eco-friendly bond issue worth 3,500 million baht to support clean energy projects for SMEs in 2023 in continuation from EXIM Thailand's first issue and offering of 5-billion baht dual-tranche Green Bond in 2022.
