Step into a vibrant world of flavours at Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, Bangkok's Michelin-starred haven within The Okura Prestige Bangkok, where renowned Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo transforms the finest spring ingredients into exquisite culinary masterpieces. The enchanting 'Spring Guestronomic Dining Journey' is an ode to the season, a celebration of nature's bounty with each plate serving as its canvas. The flavourful new seasonal journey will be available from 22 March 2024 onward.

Chef Gerard's artistry shines through as he laces a symphony of French culinary finesse and delicate Japanese influences. Each plate transforms into a canvas, showcasing the finest spring ingredients through a captivating gastronomy. Imagine the delicate dance of flavours 'lemon sole' bathed in the umami embrace of Shiro Miso, Bouchot mussels pirouetting in a fragrant Vadouvan veloute offering a tantalizing touch of spice; and the 'Loire white asparagus,' a springtime treasure, elevated by earthy morels, creamy Brie de Meaux, and the luxurious essence of preserved winter truffle and nemitsuba or a young Japanese parsley. The season's star, the succulent 'Saddle of Lamb' is presented with zucchini flower, fermented raspberry, and aromatic Aomori garlic. This culinary journey culminates in a symphony of sweetness with 'Japanese Redia strawberry' bursts with freshness, kissed by the tang of Hokkaido cream cheese, the herbaceous notes of lemon verbena, and a burst of vibrant yuzu.

"Each dish is a vibrant expression of spring, its embodies renewal and growth and this menu is a vibrant reflection of that spirit," says Chef Gerard. "I've sought inspiration from the freshest produces, from the finest European delicacies to the peak of Japanese harvest. This is not just a culinary experience. I've used the freshest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning, it's a visual feast, a celebration of the season's colours and textures on every plate. I believe guests will be delighted by the journey we've created for them."

The "Spring Guestronomic Dining Journey" is available from 22 March 2024 onwards. It features the 8-course 'Mizu' experience priced at Baht 6,400++ per person; the 6-course 'Chikyu' experience priced at Baht 4,900++ per person; and the 4-course 'Ku-Ki' experience priced at Baht 4,100++ per person.
