The Office of the President of the University of Phayao recently organized a project to exchange knowledge and guidelines for department management during the Fiscal Year 2024. The project was held from March 11th to 12th, 2024, at Veranda High Resort in Chiang Mai Province. Its main objective was to provide a platform for administrators from all departments of the University of Phayao to exchange knowledge and learn together, with the ultimate goal of implementing effective management guidelines within their respective departments. This initiative is aimed at improving departmental management and contributing to the overall success of the university.

In the fiscal year 2024, the University of Phayao organized knowledge exchange projects and department management guidelines. Associate Professor Dr. Supakorn Phongbangpho, the President of the University of Phayao, delivered the opening speech. The event included a knowledge exchange session on approaches to departmental management in alignment with university policy. Professor Dr. Samur Thanoi, the Vice President for Research and Innovation, presented on "Human Resource Management: IDP and Personnel Development Grant Contract Management." This was followed by a lecture on "Administration with Transparency and Efficiency" by Mr. Pratompong Thongrod, Vice President for Legal and Property, and a presentation on the "State Fiscal Discipline Act" by Mr. Arthit Srichai, Assistant to the President. Afterwards, the executives convened to discuss administrative policy planning based on the operational strategy plan for 2024-2029. This discussion also included an exchange on the topic of "UPKM knowledge management throughout the organization," followed by a Q&A session.
