Chef Arnaud is Thailand's most celebrated French chef, previously of the acclaimed two-Michelin-star Le Normandie fame, and now of his eponymous Maison Dunand in Bangkok. His cuisine shines with the freshness of his native Brittany on the Atlantic coast, as well as a sprinkling of the exotic from his culinary adventures around the world, all presented with a master's attention to detail and striking gastronomic artistry.
Expect delightful taste sensations starting with a selection of delectable canapes, including truffle tartelette and smoked eel, together with the chef's vibrant stories and beautiful presentations like oyster with foie gras and citrus, wild barramundi in saffron-infused bouillabaisse and a tender chicken breast with white asparagus, with the meal perfectly completed by some breathtaking chocolate creations.
