The U.S. Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Software Park Thailand is organizing the 2nd U.S. - Thai Software/IT Videoconference Event at Software Park Building on December 12, 2001 at 18:00 - 20.30 Hrs. This seminar will address a wide range of themes with particular relevance to legal concern for Thai Software companies in doing business with international partners. The content consists of:
- Legal and Tax Issues on Software/IT Export and Protection
- Protection of Thai Software in the International Market
- Legal Concerns in doing Business with International Partners
The participants can share vision and business experiences with our honorable guest speakers and gain benefit from case studies that will be provided in this seminar.
