The Multi-colored top eclair is now offered on the menu at Al-Qahwa, the hotel's bakery shop. The Al Meroz eclair is charmingly designed and beautifully finished. The eclair is stuffed with fresh strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, green tea, cream cheese mousse, dates palm and topped with cream cheese icing, macaron, meringue, dried fruit, toasted nuts and etc. It is priced at 60 Baht a piece. The bakery shop's flavor also includes Al Meroz Nut Tart, Green Tea Tiramisu, Strawberry lava cake, Apple Crumble and much more delicious.
