The 4-course “Culinary Mediterranean Experience” set dinner has been delicately composed, well in line with Chef Stephen’s reputation, and specially paired wines are also available:

- Saint-Jacques Cappuccino with Palourde clams, chervil

- Pan-fried "Soulard" Foie Gras, dehydrated yogurt and rasberry essence

- Parma Ham flavored tortellini and Alaskan King Crab and Porcini mushroomor
