THAI Denies Any Intent to Sell Nok Air Shares

Flg. Off. Apinan Sumanaseni, President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, announced that THAI has never considered to sell its share in Nok Air.
Nok Air was established as a low cost carrier in 2004, with major shareholders being THAI (39 per cent shareholding), Krung Thai Bank Company Limited (10 per cent shareholding), Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (10 per cent shareholding), Government Pension Fund (10 per cent shareholding) and individual investors, with an investment capital of 500 million baht.
