Supported by the Asian Development Bank, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Thailand hosted a seminar, "APEC Financial Regulators Training Initiative on Market Supervision during July 16-20, 2007 at Raffle Park Nai Lert hotel, Bangkok. At the opening ceremony of the seminar, Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala, the SEC Secretary-General, gave keynote speech and welcome remarks to the attendee from many countries.
