Third Generation of Italthai Reveals the Exclusive Residential Project ‘Oriental Residence’ on Wireless Road

The previous lease contract ended in 2008 before being taken over by TCA.

TCA major ownership is held 80% by Italthai Group with more than 50 years of experience in Thailand particularly in the fields of construction, project management and hospitality, spanning from small properties, city hotel and resorts to five star internationally acclaimed hotels.
