Enjoy an epicurean delight featuring a 4-course set dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Boris Cuzon, paired with fabulous wines from one of French’s top winemakers, Castel. This culinary journey starts at 6:30 pm with a cocktail reception and presented by South East Asia Manager and sommelier from Castel, Mr. Damien D’Ovidio.

This enticing 4-course menu includes amazing dishes such as “Pan-fried duck foie gras, apple galette, Calvados syrup”, “Australian beef; tenderloin tartar, braised oxtail, pan-fried rib eye”, “Blackened rack of lamb, saffron fennels, lamb jus” and “Thai lemon ravioli with mango and basil”.

Price is THB 2,500++ per person, including 5-course set dinner menu paired with wines.
