Softshell shuffle and Thai treats

This month, Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant at IMPACT Exhibition Centre, Muang Thong Thani, is offering a selection of softshell crab-based dishes such as softshell crab fruit salad and stir-fried softshell crab with chili salt.

Also located at IMPACT, the newly opened Manorah restaurant is concocting a special pungent menu of southern-style Thai cuisine.
