Photo Release: THAI welcomes Ethiopian Airlines to the Star Alliance Network

At the recent Ethiopian Airlines official joining ceremony on 13th December 2011 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Thai Airways International President (THAI), Piyasvasti Amranand (2nd right), congratulated the Ethiopian Airlines CEO, Tewolde GebreMariam (2nd left), on the airlines entry into the Star Alliance network. The ceremony was conducted with all Star Alliance member carriers’ CEOs in the Ethiopian national costume.

Also in photo in front of the Ethiopian Airlines aircraft in Star Alliance livery, is Jaan Albrecht (right), Austrian Airlines CEO and outgoing Star Alliance CEO.
