Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has announced the official launch of the all-new Honda Civic that is completely redesigned with a progressive soul for ultimate perfection. Key features from all generations of the popular and globally-recognized Honda Civic have been incorporated into the innovative, new version, including a stylish and refined design as well as smart and environmentally-friendly engineering breakthroughs. The all-new Honda Civic, which is Honda’s first E85 vehicle, is now available in five variants at prices ranging from 773,000 to 1,124,000 baht. Sales for the new Honda Civic are expected to reach 35,000 units within one year.

Distinctive top-class design of all new Civic, full of superior quality equipments and smart technologies:

? Distinctive style: The exterior design is streamlined with a monoform architecture based on clean, powerful lines. The modern cabin is designed around a futuristic cockpit concept.

? Smart technology: Rich functionality includes i-MID (an Intelligent Multi-Information Display) built on a smart interface platform that allows drivers to personalize the configuration. Eco Assist is also available to provide guidance on energy-saving driving.

? Safety: Honda’s unsurpassed G-Force Control (G-CON) body helps to reduce damage caused during collisions. ? Engines: There are two sizes of engines available including a 2.0 liter and a 1.8 liter (SOHC inline 4-cylinder, 16-valve i-VTEC engine). Both engines are refined to reduce friction of parts, lower exhaust emissions and enhance fuel saving. They can also use E85 fuel with exhaust emissions that are lower than the EURO4 standard.

The all-new Honda Civic is available in five variants with a range of prices:

? The 1.8S MT model, priced at 773,000 baht; and the 1.8S AT model priced at 828,000 baht. Both models are equipped multi-reflector halogen headlights with an auto-off feature; ECON button; Intelligent Multi-Information Display

(i-MID); multifunction steering wheel with i-MID control switch; USB connection port; AUX input jack for peripherals; 4-direction steering wheel adjustment; cloth seat covers, dual SRS airbags; ABS brakes; Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD); and 15” alloy wheels.

? The 1.8E AT model, priced at 909,000 baht; and the 1.8E AT Navi model, priced at 964,000 baht. Key features for these two models include front fog lamps; leather and synthetic leather seat covers; driver’s seat with electrically-controlled 8-way adjustments; multifunction steering wheel with i-MID control switch and audio system controls; hands-free telephone button; cruise control system; automatic air-conditioning; radio-CD-MP3 dock that plays one CD at a time; Bluetooth wireless phone connection; navigation system, DVD player; rear view camera (only available with the 1.8E AT Navi) and 16” alloy wheels.

? The 2.0EL AT Navi model is priced at 1,124,000 baht. Highlights of this model include HID multi-reflector halogen headlights with an auto-off feature; Honda Smart Key System; One Push Ignition System; paddle shifters; navigation system; DVD player; rear view camera; front i-Side airbags; Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA); and 17” alloy wheels.

The new Honda Civic is available in a choice of six colors, including two new colors: Frosty White Metallic and Urban Titanium Metallic, as well as Crystal Black Pearl, Polished Metal Metallic, Alabaster Silver Metallic and Taffeta White. The interior colors are beige for 1.8L models and black for 2.0L models. Interested customers can visit Honda showrooms nationwide for a test drive.
