Benjamin holds an advanced Diploma in International Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Association, International College of Hotel Management and a Dipl?me Culinaire d’H?telier from Le Cordon Bleu. He remains committed to developing programs to enhance and increase the interaction between hotel schools, high school graduates and the hotel industry in the communities in which he has worked throughout his career.
