A taste of discovery journey at Latest Recipe continues to entice diners with monthly specialties from around world which this November, an array of French favourites will be on offered for lunch buffet. These specialties menu are inspired by latest recipe from talented chefs of Le M?ridien Nice and Le M?ridien Etoile for diners to savour the true French cuisine. The highlight menu includes escargots spinach cream, glazed duck with foie gras cream, ratatouille, rabbit with prunes and almonds and much more. There will be an irresistible desserts; Macaron, passion fruit pavlovas, choux past and more.

Latest Recipe offers an interactive and ? la minute cooking style. Start your relaxing lunch or Sunday brunch with delicious cold cuts and a variety of salads, fresh sashimi and seafood stations.
