The fusion of fabulous French gastronomic flair combined with the acute and iconic dishes of Vietnam speak volumes of the two nations’ complicated historical relationship, yet underline the more positive aspects when cultures clash.

The special menu will be available throughout July and features succulent duck prepared in various astounding ways, including the sensational Roast French Dombes Duck and Mint Spring Rolls; decadent Roast French Duck Magret with Tofu and Rocket salad; and the delightful Duck Leg and Rice Noodle Soup with Asparagus Tips.
