You pick one from a choice of classic Thai entrees: Panang Goong (savory red curry with prawn), Kao Pad Sapparod (fried rice mixed with pineapple), Hoi Ob (broiled mussels) Geng Leng Pla (clear, peppery hot soup with generous helpings of herbs, spices, vegetables and fish), Gai Phad Med Mamuang (pan-fried chicken, with cashew nuts and oyster sauce) and Pla Nueng Ma Now (steamed sliced red snapper seasoned with lime and seafood sauce).
