The objective of this CRS project is to build a great team work amongst TUF&TUM employees. Moreover, all employees can go back to their hometown and donate/create benefit return to their hometown.
For the SEALECT – SEE LOVE #1 and #2 projects, we donated THB 500,000each to both
Bann-Kam-Bong School at Mukdahan Province and Ban-Nhong Bua School Sukothai Province. Total donation of THB1.5 million had funded the three projects which aimed to help improved the underprivileged schools in the hometown of the employees. The selected school came from numerous proposals of employees who wanted to return benefits and helped develop their hometowns. This does not only make employees feel proud of themselves but also are loyal to the company.
