Seven Days, Seven Special Menus at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort & Spa

Anantara Chiang Mai Resort & Spa is renowned for its sublime culinary offering, and between now and 31st October 2014 Executive Chef Prabhash Prabhakaran is pulling out all the stops to impress diners even more, with a “Seven Days, Seven Special Menus” promotion at The Restaurant from 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm.

Monday’s Indian Curry Night presents the Indian Executive Chef’s most popular recipes from his homeland in a superb set menu for THB 600++ per person, including a local beer.

Tuesday celebrates Chiang Mai’s regional cuisine in a Signature Northern Thai Tasting Platter of popular local delicacies to share, priced at THB 1,400++ for two persons.

Wednesday delights seafood lovers with a Thai Seafood BBQ Platter Feast, comprising a fish and seafood bounty marinated in Asian flavours and flame grilled to perfection for THB 750++ per person.

Thursday offers a delectable Mediterranean journey into the heart and soul of Italy with a refined two course Taste of Italy menu for THB 650++ per person.

Friday evenings are Indian feast time with an All You Can Eat Kebab Night of succulent creations cooked in the tandoor oven to seal in the rich flavours, priced at THB 750++ per person.

Saturday is a meat lover’s heaven, offering a Butcher Shop Specialty of premium steak, served with a choice of side dishes and sauces, with prices ranging from THB 850++ for 180 grammes to THB 1,580++ for 400 grammes.

Sunday dishes up connoisseur comfort food with a Signature Gourmet Burger, such as a filling of premium Black Angus beef patty, barbequed pulled pork, char grilled long grain fed beef sirloin and lavishing of avocado and jalapeno coleslaw, served with thick cut homemade potato fries, for just THB 580++ per person. Available from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm.
