Photo Release: SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, BANGKOK WINS THAILAND’S FIRST DILMAH REAL HIGH TEA CHALLENGE 2014

Executive Pastry Chef Reinolf Moessl and Ms. Wilai Tangprasertsuk, Team Leader -Lobby Lounge, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, among a total of fifteen teams from all over the country, won the Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge Thailand 2014 recently. The winner will be representing Thailand at the Dilmah Real High Tea Global Challenge in Sri Lanka in the coming May 2015.

Among the judges at this two-day competition included Chef Bernd Uber, judge of the Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge Thailand 2014; Mr. Dilhan C. Ferando, Director of Dilmah School of Tea; and Chef Jamnong Nirungsan, President of the Thailand Chefs Association.
