Rob Cissell (54) joined Big C in April 2014 and was until now the Chief Operating Officer. He previously held senior leadership positions in international retail groups, including Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Retail in India since 2011 and, prior to that, Chief Operating Officer of Walmart China in 2008.
After more than 13 years as CEO and President of Big C Thailand, Mr. Yves Braibant has chosen to leave Big C due to family reasons and return to France where he will continue to support Groupe Casino as a consultant.

Over the past 13 years under his leadership, Big C has grown from a pure hypermarket company with 29 stores to a retail powerhouse with over 625 stores nation-wide encompassing hypermarkets, Big C Extra stores, Big C Jumbo stores, Big C Markets, Mini Big C Stores and Pure Pharmacies, with a leading e-commerce presence and state-of-the-art distribution centers.
