Every Thursday in May, Executive Chef Serafin Koutni shows off his mussels with creative dishes at PUBLIC all-day dining restaurant at AVANI Atrium Bangkok.

Succulent New Zealand mussels make special appearances in a la carte dishes such as Baked New Zealand Mussels with Spinach & Cream Cheese; Steamed New Zealand Mussels in a Clay Pot with Herbs; and Baked New Zealand Mussel with Bread Crumbs & Butter.
