As with any festive feast, all eyes will be on our whole roasted Turkey, tender and flavorful with festive trimmings of apple stuffing, honey glazed chestnuts, sweet and sour cherry sauce and Yorkshire pudding. Other holiday items include roasted pork loin stuffed with cranberry, shallot and walnut stuffing, braised Norwegian salmon in white wine, honey roasted ham, bacon sausage rolls and foiegras terrine.
We'll also be loading out all the seafood from crabs and oysters to lobster soup. And of course Christmas isn't complete without dessert. There will be Christmas pudding, log cakes, Christmas cookies and so much more to complete your special night.
