Aetna revamps local branch with a new look for customers in the Eastern Economic Corridor, a prototype branch outlet for the future

Aetna Health Insurance (Thailand) Plc., providing a choice of health insurance plans, medical consultation and services to the people of Rayong and nearby provinces with its in-house professional team. It has restyled its Rayong branch to support the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) region and to serve as a role model for the other regions of Thailand.

Aetna Health Insurance Rayong branch has now relocated to Unit 1 on the 2nd Floor of Phavina Complex, Sukhumvit Road to become an integrated one-stop Service Center ready to cope with the province's economic expansion. Since the government established the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), an influx of more foreign and Thai personnel is anticipated on top of the company's current customer base in the East, of both private individuals and large enterprises.

Mr. Damian J. Delaney, Managing Director of Aetna Health Insurance (Thailand) Plc. commented, "Besides supporting economic growth, restyling our new outlet as a one-stop Service Center enables us to cope with customer numbers, and space has been allocated for the convenience of both sales agents and customers in the New Normal. It is also the first branch to provide Telemedicine services for medical consultations through the vHealth Application."

Demand for alternative choices in health insurance plans has been ever-growing, and this year, the company has brought out a range of new products to meet the requirements of the present situation for both single individuals and corporations. Aetna has also launched its vHealth Application to provide Telemedicine services, giving special privileges for Aetna members to consult with doctors without having to leave their homes, as well as a convenient home delivery service for medications.
