Thai Credit Retail Bank (TCRB) is helping provide much needed relief by providing over 2,000 Rescue Packages worth over THB 5.2 million to customers infected by Covid-19 who are in desperate need of provisions throughout the country. Under its "Thai Credit Covid-19 Care" campaign, TCRB Rescue Packages are designed to provide enough basic food and medicine to support a family for over two weeks including: basic food necessities, vitamins, herbal and health supplements in addition to a variety of medicines recommended for Covid-19 treatments. TCRB realizes the difficulties of people who are impacted directly by the Covid-19 pandemic. The aid campaign is an elemental part of TCRB's "Everyone Matters" brand principle.

TCRB's Managing Director, Roy Agustinus Gunara said, "Everyone Matters to TCRB. We understand the pains our Nano and Micro finance customers are going through amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Merchants in particular have suffered from not only decreasing sales volumes but also the financial liquidity impact resulting from lockdown measures and uncertainties of the future. Thai Credit's focus has been on providing much needed Rescue Packages and financial assistance to help in reducing our customers' burden and stress."

TCRB is also providing help by suspending both principal and interest payments for two months for its Nano and Micro finance customers who are suffering from the effects of lockdown measures to ease their burden from the impact in line with guidelines and recommendations from the Bank of Thailand.
