To begin with, "Breeze Cafe & Bar" presents "Rossini Beef Tenderloin Foie Gras Peppercorn Sauce" (799 baht), an Australian beef tenderloin served with premium foie gras, and "Spaghetti Carbonara US Scallop with Twin Egg" (299 baht), a freshly-made spaghetti with carbonara sauce and US scallop topped with twin fried egg.
Next, hot and spicy dishes at "Isan Jim Joom" includes "Amazing Joom Zaab" (799 baht) for 2-3 persons, comprising sliced pork, bacon, shrimp, squid, New Zealand mussel, salmon, scallop, vegetables and three kinds of special dipping sauce, and "Yum Pink Salmon Pla Raa" (299 baht), consisting of fresh Norwegian salmon seasoned with spicy fermented fish sauce.
"Jackie Seafood" launched new menu items featuring Sri Lankan giant river prawn which is fresh and full flavored. Chefs have created amazing dishes like "Grilled Giant River Prawn Spicy Sauce and Strawberry Salad" (899 baht), "Grilled Giant River Prawn with Bitter Beans" (899 baht), "Grilled Giant River Prawn Garlic Butter" (899 baht), and a widely known Thai dish, "Tom Yum Giant River Prawn with Coconut Cream in Hot Pot" (899 baht), containing three Sri Lankan giant river prawns, weighing one kg. Another recommended dish is "Kai Toon Lakefront" Mor Fai Talay in Hot Pot (Steamed Egg Tom Yum with Seafood Hot Pot) (799 baht), light and fluffy steamed eggs with river prawn, squid, and Tom Yum seasoning served in a hot-pot style.
Lastly, "Uwajima" comes up with new creations for cheese lovers, including "Grilled Giant River Prawn Cheese Yaki" (899 baht), "Rainbow Sushi" (549 baht), and "Miso Yaki Pork Rib & Buta Bara Kushi" (599 baht).
