WHART met investors and announced to make its 8th additional investment no more than THB 4,050.86 million

Mr. Anuwat Jarukornsakul (middle), Chief Executive Officer of WHA Real Estate Management Company Limited (WHAREM), the REIT Manager of WHART Trust, presented its corporate information on SET Opportunity Day through electronic media at WHA Tower. The Trust had reported the performance improvement in Quarter 1/2022. The average occupancy rate of the Trust was 91 percent. Also total revenue was THB 762.24 million and its increase of net asset values from operations (net profit) was THB 603.46 million. The net asset values totaled THB 48,355.97 million. The Trust has also announced the plan for an additional investment for the 8th time to invest in five projects of WHA Group and its subsidiaries and joint ventures for the value no more than THB 4,050.86 million which the Trust plan to invest during Quarter 4/2022.
